I am looking to do the Dr.Eric Berg keto diet. I do not eat chicken, fish, meat, any living animal, no seafood. My chef will understand this diet and package all my meals for the day for me in packages provided. 3 meals. No snacks. I am looking to lose 20 pounds then continue the diet to maintenance phase. I am looking for long term person..... kids like to cook so if you wish they can help! :) Friendly person required.
