The majority of my professional culinary career has been serving in private households, and have not managed to receive as much fulfillment in any other roles. My 20 year journey in the field hospitality, 10 in private residence, has allowed me to expand into different cuisines ranging from southeast Asia, Indian and Northern Africa to the American South and Mexico. I am very detail oriented and organized. I possess a positive “can-do” attitude that also comes with the understanding of loyalty and discretion in this type of role. It is my desire to find an inspiring atmosphere where I can give dedicated service from a hospitality standpoint.
