Chef Job in Framingham, Massachusetts

We are looking for an energetic baker to join our team. We make cakes, croissants, rolls, chocolates, etc. and are looking to expand our selection (cupcakes, tarts, quiches, etc.) as well as our production capacity to sell beyond our retail operation. As the primary person responsible for baking cakes, cupcakes and other items according to the daily schedule, this position requires you to be a dependable self-starter who can multi-task, who works well with limited supervision and as part of a team and understands the sense of urgency needed to meet production deadlines. Although decorating is not required it is highly desirable. Culinary education with one to two years baking experience is preferred; although we are willing to train a passionate, hard-working individual familiar with commercial kitchen equipment. Hours are negotiable. This is a full time, year round position.
