Applications can be found at: www.....com This position is responsible for promoting the casinos high standards of guest service while preparing all food to facilitate catering, banquet and meeting needs according to specifications so they are appealing and appetizing to guests. Additional duties may be required as assigned by department manager. Successful candidates must have Culinary training and two years experience in line cooking for a dinner house required. Experience in grilling, broiling, sautéing and steaming. Must be fast and capable of working on different functions at one time and be able to coordinate cooking times with co-workers and have a valid food handler’s card. Additional education/experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment. All of our positions generally require the following: • High School Diploma or GED • Must be able to stand for 8 hours • Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis • Ability to tolerate working in a smoke filled environment Applicants must submit a fully completed application to be considered for employment.
