We are currently seeking a CHEF who is: - Energetic, Flexible and willing to learn - Approachable and positive - Passionate about consistantly providing great quality food - Able to manage labour, food and other kitchen costs - Able to train, develop, and encourage a fantastic team to work along side him - Capable of ensuring proper kitchen storage and receiving standards are maintained - Skilled at overseeing inventory, ordering, budgets, and conducting food cost analysis - Passionate about timing standards - Experienced We are currently seeking all other back of house and front of house positions as well.
