Job Summary-Cook in fast paced new Deli, using local farms produce to create daily menu items of soups and salads. You must be; organized, reliable, work will with others, self motivated, creative and have a passion to cook, keeping up on latest trends. Open for breakfast and lunch. The open kitchen concept lets customers communicate with those behind the counter. Décor is very upscale and all relates to cars (remodeled old gas station), there is also a beautiful back deck. All that come in will experience fast and friendly service, delicious made from scratch soups, salads, sandwiches and daily specials. Duties and responsibilities-Prep, cook, inventory, clean, portion control. Qualifications-food service experience a plus.
