Circa Restaurant Group in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a skilled and career minded Chef. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual, committed to the success of our Italian concept Osteria Cicchetti. The Chef is responsible for food quality, inventory, purchasing, labor and food cost controls, maintaining sanitation standards, and personnel management. Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef or Sous Chef experience is necessary. Culinary degree is a plus but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
