I have owned a catering company in the past and an Inn in Rhode Island. I have trained in New Orleans, Great Britain, Jamaica, Bahamas, and Rhode Island. I am certified as a gluten free chef, dairy free and vegan. I enjoy using organic vegetables and meats and take great pride in presentation of my dishes as well as table settings.
