Prep and maintain line before and during service 2. Exhibit strong cooking and knife skills 3. Keep kitchen and other areas neat and sanitary before, during, and after service. 4. Maintain high safety standards 5. Assist Chef in planning and executing daily specials 6. Required to attend all in-service training sessions. Unless otherwise noted, all scheduled meetings are mandatory. 7. Personal Hygiene: You must work to meet high standards of cleanliness and neatness. 8. Attendance: You must report to work on time and work your scheduled hours. You must call in at least two hours prior to your scheduled shift to be excused. Failure to report to work or call in will result in dismissal. 9. Maintain a professional attitude 10. Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.
