The Wiley Cock Lodge of Winner, SD is looking to fill their Head Chef Position. We have recently installed a state of the art commercial kitchen in our lodge. Chef Responsibilities: Cooking breakfast, lunch, evening appetizers, dinner, and dessert for 12-20 hunters Managing food inventory Food Prep Clean-up of kitchen work area and other light duties upon request Requirements preferred but not necessary: Experience cooking for large groups of people Experience using commercial kitchen equipment - specifically using a broiler for cooking meat Experience in purchasing inventory Other Info: Menu is predetermined with the menu rotating with each new hunting group.
