Hello, my name is John, JJ for short, I'm a Chef, I have been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, over the years I have worked in various cooking capacities, BoH as well as FoH, most notable, 13 years as a kitchen manager for Outback Steakhouse, several years at Amalie Arena as a action station chef ( where the Chef cooks and prepares your food right in front of you) and the last 5 years at Sodexo as a Sous Chef( lost my job due to Covid) now that I'm on my own, I look forward to cooking for you. I specialize in Soul Food (oxtails, pork chops, collard greens, etc...) to traditional dishes such as meatloaf, stuffed cabbage, shepherds pie, mac n cheese, pizza, spaghetti and meatballs,seafood, etc... gluten free and vegetarian and vegan meals are also on the menu if your palate so desires.I do Brunches, Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinner, you got a recipe, I can cook it!! Fancy holiday feasts with all the fixings also available. You can hire me to cook for you, or for your family, adults, kids, friends or all of the above. I also offer cooking lessons. I can prepare meals for up to 100 people.I can prepare meals at your home (I also do dishes) or at my home and you can pick it up, or I can deliver but only in a 10 mile radius.You can purchase the groceries or I can purchase the groceries, of course prices vary depending on what type of service and the amount of people you want. I am ServSafe certified by the state of Florida in Food Protection Safety, and I also posses a business license from the city of Tampa.
