The position requires: • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn • A strong work ethic • Keeping one’s self presentable and professional in the workplace • A true interest in the culinary arts Well qualified candidates seeking top pay will need to have the following (but not limited to) skills: • Have fine dining experience • The ability to work on the hot line with other cooks and chefs • Accurate product identification • Basic knowledge of food cost and labor cost • Ability to consistently produce food to the specifications of the Chef • Able to take instructions, listen and take constructive criticisms Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a three step interview process: 1. Verbal Interview with the Executive Chef 2. Working Interview with the kitchen team: a. To see an understanding of how the Clifton works b. Gives a chance for the Clifton team to see how you work c. To see how well you fit into our current team d. This working interview counts as an un-paid internship 3.
