Experienced line cook. Must know Salad bar setup, Hot food, & recipes. Must have experience and or willingness to work the line alone. Have a general understanding of inventory / ordering . We would love for someone to jump in running and really take on the kitchen as their own. Hours are typically 6am-6pm.
