- In-line with Pusateri’s standards, ensure dishes create an extraordinary experience for guests.
- Plan and organize and collect food & commodities for menus.
- Prioritize and read orders, menus, recipes and task sheets.
- Plan and organize logical work sequences within time constraints.
- Demonstrated organization skills to manage multiple projects.
- Along with other kitchen members, aim to exceed the expectations of our guests.
- Leadership ability to provide guidance, training, direction and to coordinate, assign, schedule, check and supervise the work of staff in section.
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours if requested.
- Adapt to performing miscellaneous jobs-related duties or assist other departments if required.
- Effective written communication skills.
