Individual
Creative, detail oriented chef opening for exciting new pop up service dining at small private college in SE Wisconsin.
The day to day responsibilities will include menu planning, production, service and clean up. Service will be both indoor and out (weather permitting). Will supervise a small staff of student workers.
This is a Monday – Friday primarily lunch service job with time off around Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter.
Some culinary & kitchen experience required - Food safety/HACCP knowledge is required.
