Chef Job in Annapolis, Maryland

Looking for a FT Team Leader and PT/FT Sushi Helpers to work for a growing company. The Team Leader will supervise 2-3 employees, make schedule, monitor timekeeping, inventory, order supplies, keep track of production and sales. The Team Leader should be a motivated individual and can work in a fast paced environment. 1-2 years sushi experience and ServSafe certification required. The Sushi Helpers will help make, package, sell and sample sushi in retailers. Sushi experience is a plus but no sushi experience necessary. We are willing to train motivated people. Must be able to work independently, interact with customers and follow food safety and sanitation rules. Compensation is based on experience.
