Origin North is seeking employees for BOH crew members. Origin North is an exciting, dynamic environment boasting an eclectic and diverse menu, a high energy open kitchen, and a passionate team! Candidates should have professional kitchen experience. Responsibilities include: • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line • Food preparation and portioning prior to service • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment • Interacting with guests seated at our dining bar • Having enthusiasm and energy to spare! Experience in a full service restaurant is desired. Must have a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Food handler's and Smartserve certification is a plus.
