Chef Job in Brunswick, Maine

We have several camps looking for Chef/Kitchen Managers for the 2015 camp season. Skills desired for this position are menu planning, vendor negotiations, inventory/ordering, supervision and time management of kitchen staff, ability to adhere to state health and American Camp Association standards. This position would entail both skill in management and cooking while preparing 3 meals daily for 150 to 250 youth and adults. Good communication skills and sense of humor are a must. Camps want a Chef/Kitchen Manager that will live in camp and become part of the camp culture and family. Compensation includes a generous stipend (negotiated with camp), housing and meals.
