My name is Shane Spencer and I have been in the industry for 13 yrs. I have worked in fine dining restaurants and upscale establishments as well as catering and private/personal chef services. I focus on farm to table food and global cuisine. I make anything from fresh homemade pasta's, Vietnamese pho, Japanese sushi to California cuisine.
