The Marquardt Ranch is hiring a sous chef for catering on site for weddings. This is a weekend gig (primarily) so there is an opportunity to pick up some extra cash and keep your existing job. We are looking for someone energetic with a culinary and commercial kitchen background. You need to be able to think ahead, work as a team, and prepare meals fit for a wedding celebration.
