I WILL work within YOUR Budget, plan delicious recipes you're interested with you, Order ingredients, Write up receipts & Costs for you, Understand Food allergies and Food Restrictions, Prep and prepare the ingredients at home and cook safely within your home and Clean and pack up at the end of the event. I offer many menu packages, - Course menus - (3-9 fancy course menus focused on plate to plate presentation) - Buffet Style - (Large portions to share, Continuous drink replenishing, and fresh utensils) - Pre-order course menus - (Pre-order fancy selections for you guests to choose from and have a sit down dinner where you guests get what they want) - Show-man - (Small 1-2 Course, where I show how the dish is created and display skill as the primary entertainment)\ What I need to do the business: -Travel Expenses TO the venue and back Covered.
