Hi, I am Inspiring and corroborative team leader being extricable and innovative with deep insights in classic kitchens including European, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Arabic and Chinese. Having more than 16 years of experience in the hotels and retail food services , I excel in competitive, challenging and culturally diverse environments. My constant goal is to effectuate and maintain culinary operations which is finest in all aspects. My task record includes being part of the Kitchen Brigade as outlet and Global Cuisine Senior Sous Chef of two 2 premier international deluxe properties in Mumbai and I also had an opportunity to work in America's most reputed cruise ships and learn to decipher complex jobs into simple tasks for the line cooks.I also worked as national head of live food services for India's largest retailer and built a business from scratch to 1.1 million $ per month. My management style is hands on, result oriented, innovative with a constant focus on maintaining costs and training by deploying resources judiciously. I have analytical and creative approach to food presentation respecting seasonal product, location and authenticity of preparation.
