My passion for cooking really stands out in the variety of flavors and ingredients i work with to create different cuisines from Asian,Caribbean, Spanish, French, etc. I love when a nice meal comes together and I love being able to do that for others who can't or don't have the time to. My training has been all hands on, wether it was fine dining in Coral Gables or working in private homes in Fisher Island and Pinecrest, Fl. I've worked private dinners for couples, in home for families with children and also special occasion anniversary/birthday parties. My typical process is basically getting to know the customers likes and dislikes so we can put together a practical menu.
