Aloha, potential employers! I am a young chef with a very eclectic palette and a wide range of experience. Born in Hawaii and raised in a French kitchen, I learned most of what I know from my amazing, talented mother. She was classically trained in French cuisine and owned her own restaurant, which I grew up in and later helped manage for many years. She helped me discover my passion for cooking, which drove me to self-study many cuisines and experiment with different tastes, textures, and recipes. I have not been to a formal culinary school. Everything I know I have learned through 15 years experience. I have always been hungry for knowledge (and food), which has helped me build a very strong background in cuisines such as: American Asian-Fusion Italian French Hawaiian German Vegetarian Gluten-Free I would love to cook for you, prepare meals, execute kitchen inventory, run grocery errands, give cooking lessons or teach cuisine classes, set up and clean up kitchen/dining area before and after meals, create custom weekly menus, guide you in trying new and exciting cuisines, and anything else kitchen-related you can think of.
