I've most recently competed on The Food Network's Chopped: Alton's Maniacal Baskets and it was a life-changing experience to be in the Chopped kitchen. My work has also allowed me to be a featured chef at the James Beard Foundation. My talent has been mentioned in The New York Times and Mashed, among others.
