My name is Kalayah I graduated with an Associates Degree from Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts. Since then I’ve been in the field for 8 years now. Ive volunteered all throughout Las Vegas while still in school. I’ve worked different catering parties for Walt Disney World (WDW). Also, while being there at WDW I’ve done everything from runner to line cook. My last job at Stoneridge Creek (SRC) I worked in two out of 3 kitchens on campus. Also, at SRC they had me doing the catering for many catering parties per week. With that being said, I am also 100% plant based and have been for some years now. I have cooked for a couple and helped them out ever since the first week of their journey into the plant based world.
