I offer a vast array of services that include anything from personal and/or group cooking classes to in-home catering events. I run a local in-home business called The Salty Ginger, and provide artistic boutique wedding cakes and edible art for gallery showings, baby showers, personal parties, etc. I am looking for extra side gigs for the summer with hope of sharing my love for cooking and edible art while expanding my local business. My Moto in culinary is we eat with our eyes first, our hands second and our mouths last. I feel that enjoying a meal should be an overall artistic experience for all senses. The act of cooking the meal alone is an artistic expression!
