I will be graduating in September 3rd with a certification in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This program has opened my eyes and made me a true believer in how food is our medicine. Many common diseases in our world today ranging from heart disease, arthritis, all the way to reproductive issues that can be managed if not mitigated through proper nutrition and stress management.
