I have lived in Portland on and off for the last 4 years. I usually am traveling for work going off to properties throughout the country and helping them in their times of need. I Will be home for the holidays this year and I would love to cook for a group of people who would appreciate what I make for them. I can cook in any style, but my roots and my go to are southern Italian. I grew up in the NJ/NYC area with my Italian family who instilled my culinary passion at a young age. I would love to share this passion with you and your family to help you have an amazing and memorable holiday dinner.
