I have known and hired Rebecca as a private chef and caterer for the past several years. In my previous capacity as an event producer, she has cooked for my events and also privately for me. She is meticulous and thoughtful in planning her menus and always purchases the best ingredients to cook with.
She is punctual, friendly (without being too familiar) and has a vast knowledge of healthy dining as well. She has perfected her many recipes over the years, constantly adding to her repertoire and is always mindful of her diner’s dietary restrictions.
