**New** AYCE Sushi Restaurant opening in West Covina early December! Full Time & Part Time chef's needed! We are looking for a talented, creative, passionate Sushi Chef, with incredibly high standards, to join our Team! Team members will deliver an experience of excellence for our guests, ensure outstanding food quality, and create a welcoming, fun and hospitable environment. Requirements: - MUST have experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining cleanliness; - MUST know how to prepare fish and make traditional sushi, as well as sushi rolls; - MUST have flexible schedule and availability; - MUST have a strong work ethic and be reliable; - MUST be able to keep cleanliness of work station and kitchen; - Able to work independently AND be a team player; - Ability to handle high-paced atmosphere; - Ability to learn quickly; - Always maintains an attitude of urgency in the completion of all tasks and responsibilities; - High-energy, a warm and friendly demeanor; - A willingness to learn and grow on a daily basis; - Flexible scheduling; dinner, weekends, and holidays; - AYCE experience is a plus!
