Off Season Chef from Shelburne Farms. Proficient in Turkish, Middle Eastern, French, Italian, pizza and bread fermenting. Hire me for any private party, function, or occasion. I am also available for private in home cooking classes. Will work with you to develop a cohesive menu for any function at a very reasonable rate. I earned my bachelors degree in Culinary Arts at Southern New Hampshire University, and have been traveling New England working at a smorgasbord of different restaurants. My love for cooking and learning never ends, there is so much to explore, and so many techniques to master. Teaching Culinary classes at SNHU gave me a me the ability to demonstrate what I've learned, and show people that you can cook anything you put your mind to. So if you're ready lets get started, lets have fun, and lets cook some awesome food.
