Chef Job in East Newark, New Jersey

I have successfully completed three months internship fulfilling prep cook duties and assignments. I want to further my speed and consistency of knife skills. I prepare Mise en place fore work station. I assisted the Chef w/preparing lunch entrees fore more then 250 people daily. Prepared and cooked wrap sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, and prepared mirapoxs for the soup. I prep. and prepared meals using an chefs' knife, and paring knife. I Marinated and seasoned meats and poultry. I Ensured the stations were properly clean and sanitized at the end of the shift.
