I am a graduate from the Art Institute of Charleston in pursuit of my Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management. As a chef, I believe that cooking can be an intimate experience whether you are cooking for two people or two hundred. The idea of individuals taking time out of their schedules, to come and eat food that I’ve prepared is not only amazing, but it is also humbling. My passion for providing intimate experiences has led me to pursue the career of a private chef. “One More Bite” it is a concept focused primarily on creating memorable experiences while catering to private dinners, and small dinner parties. My services include weekly meal prep, small party catering, coursed dinners, baked goods, and cooking lessons.
