I will prepare high quality, healthy and delicious tasting meals and services that will compliment your home, life-style and social entertainment needs As a Personal Chef, I work for an individual or family, not a group. I create meals that are to the client’s tastes and preferences and according to any health restrictions they may have. I shop for groceries on a “per client” basis, not as a group. Each client is given a copy of the store receipt that is strictly for groceries purchased for their meals. The meals are typically prepared in the client’s kitchen, where I package, label, and store as required. I then clean whatever I have used and leave the kitchen fresh for the home owner. I have over 10 years experience in the Culinary , Hospitality industry working with high profile restaurants and luxury hotels and resorts, it is is my pleasure to bring my passion to your dinner table , whether that be a special occasion , a simple breakfast for two, or new meal prepped for the start of a new you, I am hear to help. I plan menus and create meals following guidelines from many healing diets including: Vegan Vegetarian Paleo Keto Whole 30 Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Soy-Free Macrobiotic FODMAP Diet Anti-Inflamitory Diet Services: In-Home Personal Chef Service Personal Chef Daily or Weekly Meal Service will consist of a consultation meeting with the customer to discuss dietary needs or requests and to schedule their one time or weekly meal needs. The food will be purchased that day and taken to the customer’s home for preparation. All meals will be prepared in the customer’s kitchen or off-site commercial kitchen. In-Home Personal Chef Catering: small parties and special events Personal Chef will provide catering services for private parties and special events. A consultation meeting with the customer will determine food choices and budgetary needs. The food will be purchased that day and taken to the customer’s home for preparation. The Host can relax and enjoy their event while the Personal Chef will prepare the food and provide catering services and clean up. Food is purchased the day of the event and will be prepared in the customer’s kitchen. In-Home Private Chef Cooking Classes The cooking classes will do exactly that, it will provide a fun and safe learning environment for small groups, up to 6 individuals. The classes will be customized for adults and/or children 10 years old or above. The classes will consist of instruction regarding, but not limited to: basic food preparation and storage, correct knife use and handling, seasoning with herbs, ethnic foods, etc. Food will be purchased the same day and prepared in the customer’s kitchen; classes are hosted in the customer’s kitchen. State regulations require that meals are prepared and cooked in the customer’s kitchen location or in a state certified commercial kitchen. Food is purchased the same day it is prepared and served or stored in containers and immediately placed in a refrigerator or freezer. Pricing options shown are simply guidelines every clients needs are different and my goal is to develop pricing that fits your individual needs. If the service you are looking for is not listed and priced, I will consult with you and determine an affordable pricing structure to fit your needs. These prices include personal assessments, dietary counseling, customized menu development including dietary restrictions and palate preferences, shopping for ingredients, meal preparation in your kitchen, food storage with easy to read labeling, simple and clear heating instructions, and a thorough kitchen clean-up. ALL INCLUSIVE (INCLUDES SERVICES COST OF FOOD) Meals must be chosen from menu provided. This service is available on a weekly, monthly, or occasional basis. Menus are subject to change. There may be an additional fee for certain diets, all organic, and extra portions. There is a nominal storage fee depending on your container selection(s).
