Chef Job in Whistler, British Columbia

We have assembled a small team of people both Vietnamese and Expats. We are looking at opening a restaurant in Hanoi Vietnam and would like a partner chef to join our team. The restaurant will be Greek Cuisine slightly tweaked to serve the local pallet. A chef interested in this position should meet the following requirements: Energetic and easy going ( Working in Vietnam requires patience and energy. ) Be able to create a menu that serves both the local people and tourists in this ever growing holiday destination. Be able to manage a kitchen team as well as all the stock required for the kitchen. Be willing to live in Hanoi for the duration of the contract. Be passionate and business minded. Be professional and responsible for your duties. most importantly provide food of superior quality every time you set foot in the kitchen. We will provide housing for the first 6 months and a basic salary thereafter shares in the restaurant will be provided. If your interested we can set up a Skype interview to discuss the finer details.
