Having nearly 14 years of experience as a manager in the food service industry I am confident that I would be an excellent candidate for a position as chef or restaurant manager. I strongly believe that working with food and people is what I was meant to do. I have worked my way up through many different positions in this industry, most recently, as General Manager. Currently working as General Manager, I manage all aspects of the restaurant. I take it upon my self to be fully invested in my restaurant and do everything from payroll to washing dishes. From a young age my father has taught me that hard work and dedication will create a positive work environment and a successful business. I believe that with my passion for food, expertise in leading a team and my hardworking nature I have what it takes to excel as a chef.
