I am a chef and baker originally from North Carolina. I relocated to NYC for 5 years, and then cooked and lived in Cape Cod and France. I’m now based in LA! I ran my own small food cart in Paris, lived-in for a family in the South of France, and my work has been featured on several food media sites. I appreciate fresh, farm-to-table cuisine and aesthetically-pleasing, delicious dishes. I work in a lot of different environments - clients' homes, bakeries, restaurants, and occasionally on the set of food photoshoots. I truly love cooking and am constantly reading and furthering my knowledge! I am also very personable and friendly, so when it comes to hosting dinner parties I am the chef you want around!
