My name is John. I am a culinary school graduate who has had a passion for food since a very young age. My background is very various and colorful but i have learned something from every station ive had the pleasure to lay my knife on. My main goals at this point are to continue to educate myself and to turn my passion into not just a job but the career I have always seen im my future. I have always felt most at home in a kitchen and hope to one day run my own establishment but until then I need to continue to feed my family and my mind.
