That way there is less waste and more enjoyment. I can maintain your pantry, suggest ways to save money and space, and adapt recipes for lower fat or more heat -- what ever suits your fancy. ; ) Meeting to discuss your needs first helps ensure we are on the same page and I can see what supplies you have that are suited to your meals, especially if you do family style. We can also do entrees and desserts ahead and freeze them-- easy to put in the fridge to thaw the night before you want it! I Prefer clients within 20 or so miles of Chatsworth. My availability now is Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays generally from 9 am to evenings; some times work goes longer so I leave that open. I do not use Facebook for those who do.
