I have been part of the five successful restaurant startups on the east coast in my ten years of experience. Fortunate to be involved in beginning stages for each of these businesses, I have been instrumental in the development and creation of systems of service & flow, designing & developing menus, artful and immersive atmospheres that compliment cuisine and--most importantly--building strong relationships with clients.
