My name Is Shawn Hamilton. I am a personal chef, who runs his own company called Hamilton's Kitchen. I have been in the kitchen for over 10 years and have worked for restaurants to catering companies. I started this business almost 4 years ago. I now work with a number of clients throughout the seasons. I provide In-home and drop-offs services depending on clients needs. The 2 cuisines I focus my cooking around is Asian and Caribbean, which makes my cooking style consist of a lot of Fusion, everything made from scratch, Hearty and health-conscious meals.
