I am a healthy style Chef, I like to cook making the right choice for each meal. My experience has been in restaurants and Hotel Resorts as a lead cook and Baker Chef. I went to the pastry and baking school in Mexico City and then I graduated as a Chef in Argentina. Here in USA I went SF City College and I did the Culinary Service skills training.
