Chef in Marina Del Rey, California

I am a chef with over twenty years experience in hotels, country clubs, restaurants, catering and boating. I grew up in New Jersey and learned my craft on the East coast, concentrating in New Jersey and Marthas Vineyard during the summer. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1990. I currently am fifty three years of age. I concentrate mostly on Northern Italian cuisine, breads, pasta, fish, salads and fresh ingredients. I try to stay away from fried food preparation. In October of 2015, I moved to Palau for eight months to help my friend train his staff at Elilai, a top of the line Asian restaurant in Koror, Palau. I arrived back on May 17 and am looking for work here in California.
