Chef Randy Foote, began his culinary career in his late teens working as a line cook and eventually working his way to kitchen manager and chef. It wasn’t until Chef Foote was in his early thirties that he attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona where he graduated with Honors in 1999. Shortly after graduation he realized his love of education and sharing his passion for the Culinary Arts and began a teaching career that would span nearly a decade. Over the last 20 years Chef Foote has served as Executive Chef at Creative Hands Cuisine in Arizona, Chef de Cuisine at Desert Mountain Country Club, Executive Chef at Corpus Christi Yacht Club, and Owner Chef of Indigo Bakery here in Corpus Christi. He recently returned to the Coastal Bend to serve as Executive Chef of the Culinary Arts Department of Del Mar College where served for over two years. Chef Foote’s newest culinary endeavor is Whole Food Concept. Whole Food Concept provides Personal Chef Services as well as Catering large and small events.
