I am passionate about cooking up new ideas and training others. I am knowledgeable in all ethnic cuisines and techniques. I have been cooking professionally for fifteen years and I love what I do. I am an award winning delegate of the National Restaurant Association in 2001, first place at the, "Great Chef of the Inland Empire Competition", in 2002.Graduated with a degree of, "Science of Restaurant Management" in 2003. An honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu of Pasadena in 2006, currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree. Highly self-motivated and always looking for new cutting edge ideas. I am also, knowledgeable in managing both front and back of house restaurant operations as a Restaurant Manager and Executive Banquet chef for large establishments, and have managed over fifty employees. I am also a former Chef instructor at Le Cordon Bleu.
I am currently seeking a personal chef position long term.
