Hello, my name is Betsy. I am on track to graduate from TC3's Culinary school Coltivare in the fall. I am managerial, and alcohol servesafe certified, as well as in the process of writing a sustainable living cookbook. I plan on specializing in alternative baking (vegan, all natural, and higher nutrient formulas) and am currently employed part time at Krums Corners baker, which supplies baked goods for Gimme! coffee. They also Source a lot of local ingredients. I am offering personal chef services for dinners all summer. However, these are not just any services, I fully intend to be working in conjunction with your CSA and would be willing to pick up your share on my way over. What I intend to do is take the produce that is more intimidating to cook, and make it into a delicious, beautiful, and accessible meal. I will also give you the recipe with instructions so that you can make the meal on your own down the road.
