After attending the famed Culinary Institute of America, I spent the next few years honing my skills in some of New York City’s most exquisite hotels including Le Parker Meridien, the Plaza Athenee and the Loews Regency. Before relocating to Dallas, TX. I continued my development in the hospitality industry by bringing my fine dining approach to the catering world by joining the famed and sough after Relish Caterers, Wand The Rose Group ; which allowed me to create personalized menus for some of the top political figures of our times as well as the well demanding New York City Society.
I am able to work in home or at private space based on client needs. From chicken tenders to caviar and everything in between.
