Chef Randall has been working in kitchens since he was 15 years old. He vividly remembers getting out of school at 2:30pm, and running over to the local Italian restaurant in his hometown of Brockton, Massachusetts to start his afternoon shift as a dishwasher/bus boy. A lot has changed from then to now, but he's still as humble as his 15-year-old self.
A Culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Randall had the opportunity to spend several years in Providence, honing his skills in various food settings and working under some of the best chefs in the country. Eventually, earning the title himself.
Upon returning to Massachusetts Randall had the opportunity to work with one of his good friends from college on his food truck start up “Pressing It”; based out of Worcester, Massachusetts while simultaneously working as a chef for a corporate dining account. Overtime Randall has developed his own signature style. Taking the teachings of past chef mentors and doing some experimenting of his own, he's become a well-rounded chef in this industry.
Now a days Chef Randall owns and operates his very own personal chef business, Ran's Kitchen. Serving the Greater Boston, Southern New Hampshire, and Maine communities.
