Chef in New York, New York

I would really like to cook and bake for one person or family. I can cater for parties of 2-100. I worked in kitchen and went to hotel school. One of my partners' in meat science 2 was a world rekown chef. We had butchered and prepared turkey before the world knew about turkey burgers. Americans only knew turkey as a roaster on Thanksgiving. We presented turkey cutlets, turkey roasts and turkey burgers to name a few. Before hotel school,I had worked in many catering companies for years. I learned a variety of service and what I liked and disliked about food and parties.
